- Drive performance and continuous improvement in a designated brewery area to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production.
- Maintain process control through data analysis, loss elimination, and asset optimization.
- Support brew line performance and execute initiatives such as DDS, WDS, and 90‑day plans.
- Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, and other quality systems.
- Foster team development, accountability, and sound decision‑making.
- Lead safety efforts and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with GMP.
- Bachelor’s degree in packaging, technology, engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of brewery operations and cross‑functional collaboration across Brewing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance.
- Expertise in brewing processes, including raw material handling, fermentation, yeast management, filtration, and blending.
- Strong analytical skills; adept at using data tracking and traceability tools.
- Technical knowledge of SAP, maintenance systems, RCM, and CBM practices.
- Leadership capability to manage diverse teams and adapt to changing production needs.
- Working knowledge of process control systems and mechanical/electrical components.
