Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the daily production plan, maintain safety standards, and meet quality criteria in our pallet refurbishment facility in Albany, GA. This 1st shift runs Monday–Friday from 5 am to 1 pm, with overtime possible to meet business needs.
You will train operators, inspect pallets, and coordinate daily tasks with Shipping/Receiving and the Shift Supervisor, ensuring a clean, safe work area and adherence to company procedures.
