Account Manager - Phoebe Marketing

JOB SUMMARY

Developing and helping lead the execution of marketing and public relations efforts for assigned system-wide service lines and/or non-service line projects.

• Identifies marketing and public relations needs and goals, consults clients on the best ways to reach those goals, develops the strategic direction of the marketing and PR initiatives, and executes programs to build service-line awareness.
• Leads inter-disciplinary teams of directors, physicians, and executives through the marketing/public relations planning process and successful implementation of the plan.
• Provides analysis of efforts to determine effectiveness.
• Assists in the development of budgets, resource allocation, metrics, etc. Recommends budgets for service-line or project campaigns and ensures adherence to approved fiscal parameters.
• Assesses current market and future marketing trends. Suggests strategies for capitalizing on market opportunities including brand awareness and service-line growth.
• Identifies, evaluates, and makes recommendations regarding competitive threats and trends.
• Plans, develops, and supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing/PR campaigns, collateral materials and digital media, including identifying the needs of clients and developing and managing recommendations from creation to completion (involves managing relationships with clients and internal agency team - writers, graphic designers, PR, internal comm, etc).
• Designs and plans for new service launches, including volume growth through promotion allocation and execution of special events.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a closely related field from a recognized college or university

Work Experience
=> 3 years progressive work experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in a healthcare system, physician marketing, or closely related field Required
