We are expanding our Anesthesia Care Team at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center headquartered in Albany, Georgia. Join us as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and work across a diverse case mix that includes General, Urology, Orthopedics, Vascular, Thoracic, Neurological, Plastics, ENT, and Endoscopic procedures. The hospital boasts 19 operating rooms (1 hybrid), 2 dedicated OB operating rooms, and 4 endoscopy procedure rooms.

• Competitive base salary $260,000 - $290,000 with a retirement plan matching benefit package
• Productivity bonus paid annually based on ASA billable units
• $30,000 commitment bonus for a 24‑month commitment or $50,000 living assistance loan for students with a 36‑month commitment

Under the medical direction of an anesthesiologist and following established procedures, the CRNA will administer intravenous, inhalation, and other anesthetics during surgical procedures, deliveries, and other medical interventions. Responsibilities include pre‑anesthesia evaluation, equipment selection and testing, patient monitoring during administration, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The role requires professionalism, quality service, and direct patient care to all ages.
