• At minimum 1-2 years’ experience preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school
• Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
• Physical abilities – remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
• Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
• Monitor patients’ responses to interventions and report outcomes
• Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
• Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures depending on the unit
• Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
• Transport patients as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Interpersonal skills – ability to work with diverse personnel (professional and support staff) while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
• Technical skills – the ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
