We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to conduct supervisory nursing visits every 60 days for a variety of clients receiving in-home care. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible, part-time, PRN nursing work with a focus on client safety, quality of care, and compliance.
Responsibilities- 10-hour workdays Monday through Friday.
- Conduct supervisory visits with clients approximately every 60 days.
- Assess client needs and monitor the quality of care being provided.
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and the care team.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation and visit reports.
- Identify changes in client condition and communicate concerns appropriately.
- Promote safe, compassionate, and client-centered care.
- Current, Active LPN License in the state of Georgia.
- At least one year of home health, home care, private duty, or supervisory nursing experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
