Position: RN – Medical/Surgical (Permanent)
Specialties: Medical-Surgical (SNF RN transition training available)
Location: Albany, GA 31701, USA
Pay:
- $32 – $41/hr (based on experience)
Bonuses:
- Sign-on bonus included
- Relocation bonus included
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Full-time permanent position
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct Med/Surg patient care in acute care setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and implement care plans
- SNF RNs (5+ years exp) eligible for training into Med/Surg
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year relevant nursing experience (required)
- SNF RNs with 5+ years experience considered for Med/Surg transition training
- Active RN license required (Georgia licensure applies)
- Resume and Nursys verification required
