We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our pain management team!
Qualifications- Master's Degree in Nursing for Nurse Practitioners (Required) or
- Master's Degree from accredited Physician Assistant Program for Physician Assistants (Required)
- 1 plus years Pain Management experience preferred
- 3 years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas preferred
- Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C) or Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C), Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Department Specific Certifications may be required.
