Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an IMCU/Stepdown night shift position requiring 2+ years of critical care experience and proficiency in medication management.

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• BSN not required
• Proficiency in medication management required

• Work in the IMCU, a stepdown unit serving as a bridge between PCU and ICU in an acute care hospital setting
• Patient population includes vented patients and those on critical drips
• Patient ratio of 3:1 versus standard 2:1
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Uses MEDITECH charting system
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Not eligible for placement if previously employed by the facility within the last 12 months
• Cancellation policy requires 12 hours notice every 2 weeks
