We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will rotate through both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, gaining hands‑on experience in managing high‑volume food service operations, leading teams, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Oversee opening, mid‑shift, and closing procedures for kitchen, server, and retail stations.
• Maintain food safety standards and brand integrity by conducting line checks and completing HACCP documentation.
• Lead shift huddles and provide real‑time feedback to promote a positive team environment and drive productivity.
• Monitor sales, labor, and food costs; assist with developing weekly inventory and ordering plans.
• Support on‑campus marketing events and foster community partnerships.

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or similar guest‑service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and deliver excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Experience as a shift leader or trainer, with leadership and team development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and labor‑scheduling systems.
• Ability to analyze operational data to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

$12-16 an hour
