Key ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a(n) Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist, you will:
Provide leadership and oversight to assigned staff to ensure accountability, effective performance, and accomplishment of organizational objectives. Direct workforce operations to maintain staffing readiness, support employee development, and ensure continuity of program activities.
Provide technical direction for nationwide personnel suitability activities and translates federal security requirements into agency-wide operational processes. Advise leadership and external partners on significant security matters and develop solutions to emerging regulatory, operational, and program challenges.
