A staffing agency is looking for an employee to operate various types of equipment and perform manual work for the City Utility Department. Duties include construction and maintenance tasks such as laying pipes, road repair, and operating machinery like dump trucks and cement mixers. The individual will also handle routine maintenance on tools, manage supplies, and must be able to communicate with supervisors and the public.
