As an Installation Technician at Preventia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the security of our clients' residences and businesses. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of security systems, including burglar alarms, CCTV, fire systems, and access control. We are looking for a strong culture fit (commitment to delivering excellent customer service, hold self and others to a high standard, anticipate needs, over communicate, and enjoy what you do), and an eagerness to learn above all else.

• Install and service hardwired and wireless alarm systems, CCTV, fire systems, and access control systems
• Provide on-site maintenance for residential and commercial burglar systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers and the main office
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and time
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in security alarm, CCTV, door access, or fire systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Dependable and punctual
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
