Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Tax Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review and oversee the preparation of complex business and individual tax returns.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.

• Analyze and resolve complex tax issues, provide well-researched conclusions and prepare comprehensive written recommendations.

• Lead and mentor a team by managing staff development, training, and performance.

• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and deliver value-added solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license is required.

• At least 5 years of tax experience in public accounting or equivalent industry experience.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Ability to travel to client locations as necessary.

• Willingness to work additional hours during peak client service periods.
