Are you detail-driven, organized, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities- Prepare and process accurate invoices for our clients
- Manage collections for large accounts with professionalism and persistence
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless billing and reporting
- Support month-end accounting and help maintain strong cash flow
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience managing billing and collections for large or high-volume accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems
2–4 years of relevant experience preferred, with an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Pay range is $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
