Program Manager and Special Assistant Office Provost

The Program Manager and Special Assistant supports the Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Provost at SUNY System Administration in Albany, managing executive operations, calendar coordination, communications, and administrative functions for senior leadership. The role involves extensive executive support including meeting coordination, travel planning, stakeholder relations, and office management while reporting to the Chief of Staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Higher Education Administration, or related field
• Five years of progressively responsible experience supporting a senior executive in higher education, government, nonprofit, or corporate administration
• Demonstrated experience managing executive calendars, preparing executive communications, and coordinating complex meetings
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and project management tools
