Trustpoint is excited to partner with a busy professional services firm is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join the Operations team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients to place and manage service requests. The CSR is responsible for delivering responsive, knowledgeable support while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all work. Successful candidates will have subject matter expertise in Corporate/UCC filing and document retrieval processes.

- Enter and maintain accurate order information in internal systems
- Thoroughly review all orders for completeness and accuracy
- Monitor the progress of orders from start through billing and closure
- Ensure timely delivery of completed work to clients
- Communicate billing terms and service offerings as needed
- Evaluate client creditworthiness using established guidelines
- Prioritize incoming requests to meet client expectations and deadlines
- Learn and apply applicable state requirements and filing rules
- Manage accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered
- Work collaboratively with internal support teams
- Provide professional, helpful communication by phone and email
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Support collection efforts on outstanding receivables
- Serve as an internal advocate for client needs and ensure a positive client experience
- Experience in corporate filings, registered agent services, UCC, or related business service operations preferred
- Corporate paralegal experience is also strongly considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, adaptable, and client-focused approach
- Willingness to learn internal systems, procedures, and industry requirements
This position is full-time, onsite, with occasional overtime based on workflow.
Salary commensurate with experience. As this client is open to a variety of experience levels, the salary range is expected to be 55k-100k, with 80-100k being for senior level candidates with a client base.
