• Develop and implement procurement strategies in close collaboration with Category Managers and operational leads.
• Lead sourcing, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations to drive cost savings and business success.
• Work with local and regional teams to streamline procurement processes while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Coordinate across designated geographic areas and leverage a regional vendor base for maximum efficiency.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies, creating a culture of safety within our client's team.

• Proven experience (5‑7 years), with at least 5 years in procurement, category management, or sourcing.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization techniques.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities across various operational levels, including Plant Managers and Regional Leaders.
• Comprehensive project management and organizational skills to track and report KPIs and results effectively.
