- Manage technical implementations for business change initiatives.
- Together with Sales and ONE IT, engage with potential clients as the responsible person to onboard the client at DSV.
- Sign off on the proposed Business Requirement Document to initiate integrations and align the scope with the customer.
- Align planning (high‑level and detailed) with Operations, Customer, the Customer Integration Office, and EI.
- Ensure that User Acceptance Test scenarios are created and executed correctly.
- Secure alignment and commitment from all local stakeholders and contributors.
- Act as the first point of contact for Operations after business go‑live, troubleshooting and advising during the hyper‑care period.
- Cooperate closely with the Group Integration Office (CINTO) to establish and maintain current and future work processes/protocols for BIMs globally.
- Analyze current EDI and special setups, encouraging conversion to standard or adaptation of standard to fit requests.
- Leverage and promote API‑first solutions, educating sales staff and gathering customer input for product improvement.
- Assist migration of customers from legacy platforms onto future corporate platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with key Supply Chain systems and a quick understanding of operational technology stacks.
- Deep interest in system integration, particularly EDI, ensuring reliable data flow with technical teams.
- Proven project and stakeholder management skills, delivering projects on time and keeping all parties informed.
- Strategic vision that prioritizes time and projects for maximum business impact.
- A passion for process optimisation and governance to build efficient, scalable solutions.
- Clear English communication skills for building relationships and articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
