Expert Business Analyst who will work with agency unit stakeholders to document and understand existing business processes. This role will define To-Be requirements and processes to support the design and development of new applications in alignment with the agency's technology roadmap.

• Lead JAD sessions for As-Is and To-Be business processes and use cases.
• Interview stakeholders to document requirements for existing and new applications.
• Work across all bureaus and units to understand mission-critical business processes.

• 84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder’s business needs using a variety of business analysis techniques like map processes and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
• 84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, non-functional requirements specifications.
• 60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.
• 60 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines and requirements change control.
• 60 Months Experience working with application architects and development teams to answer questions and resolve conflicting requirements.
• 24 Months Experience with Sales Force – Omni Studio and Public Sector solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
