This is an opportunity to join a stable, successful construction organization with a strong presence in the Capital Region and a consistent portfolio of commercial building projects.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction and project startup through construction, completion, and closeout. • Monitoring project budgets, commitments, costs, forecasting, and overall financial performance
  • Working closely with Superintendents to coordinate field activities, scheduling, manpower, and project execution
  • Identifying and resolving project issues before they affect schedule, cost, or quality
  • Managing owner and subcontractor relationships throughout the project
  • Supporting or leading project meetings and communicating project status to key stakeholders
  • Managing punch list, turnover, and project closeout activities
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project team members as appropriate.

More experienced candidates should have demonstrated success independently managing commercial construction projects and taking responsibility for project schedule, cost, quality, client relationships, and successful completion.
