Callanan Paving Foreperson leads a union paving crew to pave roads, highways, runways, parking lots and other construction related operations, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with contract specifications.
You will plan daily work, supervise equipment, enforce safety rules, coordinate with project managers, and maintain daily reports while mentoring crew members in a collaborative, productive environment.
