Trinity Health - 315 S Manning Blvd [Switchboard Operator] As a PBX Operator at Trinity Health, you'll:
Operate a computerized switchboard console;
Direct all incoming and in-house calls through transfers, paging, conference calls, overhead paging, and faxing;
Process and triage all customer calls in a clear voice using good English;
Remain calm and maintain professionalism when handling delicate or volatile customers;
Be responsible for announcing and dispatching appropriate parties in a clear voice for Code Blue, Code Yellow and emergency situations.
