Location: Albany, NY Company: Contractors Sales Company, Inc.
Pay: Starting at $28.00+/hour
, depending on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (OT as needed)
Union: Local 158 Operating Engineers

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to assist in daily service operations, as outlined below. • Receive and handle customer service calls, answering customer questions and handing service requests as required.
• Open, review and close repair orders in a timely manner, editing/completing as needed
• Order and maintain shop supplies
• Interact with customers and their mechanics
• Monitor and maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Assist in maintaining service and maintenance records for fleet and customer equipment by utilizing the CDK business system. System training will be provided.
• Anything else as requested by management

• 2+ years of related experience
• Must be able to read and understand technical diagrams and navigate service and parts manuals.
• Heavy equipment experience is strongly preferred, but similar experience background will be considered.
• Strong written / verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to prioritize
• Great customer relation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with technicians.
• Attention to details.
