Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Customer Success Management
Graybar Electric Company, Inc. in Albany, NY, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, courteous support.
You will interact with customers on inbound calls, assist with product selection, and coordinate service requests including pricing, expediting, billing and credits. Shift is Mon–Fri, 9:00am–1:00pm, starting at $22.00/hour depending on experience.
