Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, verifying and coordinating insurance information, and providing exceptional customer service to patients. The role requires handling incoming calls, maintaining patient records, and supporting a smooth workflow for the office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the dental care team to enhance efficiency and maintain a friendly atmosphere for patients.

• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing patient flow effectively
• Knowledge of dental care procedures and terminology
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in receptionist duties, including front desk operations and patient record management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in dental or medical practice administration is a plus
• Familiarity with dental insurance processes is beneficial
