Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Albany, NY, for a Production Specialist. The Production Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing production projects, planning day‑to‑day production workflows, ensuring quality standards are met through quality control processes, and overseeing production resources. Additionally, the specialist will provide training to team members as needed, maintain communication across teams, and collaborate with relevant departments to achieve production goals efficiently.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
- Proficiency in Communication to effectively collaborate with teams and articulate ideas
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure deliverables meet high standards
- Ability to provide Training and mentorship to team members
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Relevant educational background or certifications in production, media, or related fields
- Prior experience in a media environment is highly desirable
