Project Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, innovation, and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead architectural design and documentation for a variety of projects.

+ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.

+ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

+ Oversee construction administration and ensure design intent is maintained.

+ Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and other project documents.

+ Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

+ Licensed Architect (preferred or required depending on location).

+ 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

+ Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
