Opportunity Details:As our new orthopedic surgery group grows, and we are actively seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified, or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine with a focus on Hip Arthroscopy. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first surgeons in our newly created, hospital-employed orthopedic practice.

As part of our team, you will enjoy access to a robust primary care network that generates substantial referrals to our orthopedic program, ensuring a consistent and growing patient base. You will perform surgeries at our Hospitals in Albany, NY and in Troy, NY. Our orthopedic practice is supported by a well-staffed and experienced Orthopedic Surgery inpatient and outpatient Advanced Practitioner team.

Recruitment Package:
Competitive Compensation:5 Year Guarantee- $675,000 $ 700,000 annually for new graduates.
5 Year Guarantee $725,000 $ 800,000 for experienced surgeons.

Opportunity to earn RVU and Quality Incentives Starting Bonus: $25,000

Up to $25,000
