St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking to recruit a board-certified Urologist with fellowship training and/or significant experience in urologic oncology, with a strong clinical focus on bladder cancer, to join our high-volume, multidisciplinary cancer program.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical care for a high-volume bladder cancer population, including muscle-invasive and complex disease cases.
- Clinical emphasis on radical cystectomy, urinary diversion, and advanced robotic surgical techniques.
- Practice environment includes an established, high-volume private practice with no trauma coverage, driven by referrals across three states.
- Care team supported by in-house PAs for inpatient care and OR first-assisting.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology with access to robotic platforms and dedicated block time for surgeries.
- Board-certified Urologist
- Fellowship training and/or significant experience in urologic oncology
- Strong clinical focus on bladder cancer
- $50,000 starting bonus
- Competitive base salary with RVU and quality earning potential; starting salary range $375,000 – $410,000
- Compensation reflects starting range of total compensation; productivity bonuses, incentives, CME allowance, and other benefits may apply
