We are seeking an Infectious Disease Physician with an interest in academic medicine to join our team. The role involves full-time inpatient consultation and one half clinic day per week
.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing a broad range of infectious conditions such as sepsis, endocarditis, osteomyelitis, complex skin infections, healthcare-associated and multidrug-resistant infections, HIV inpatient care, opportunistic infections, and post-surgical/device-related infections.
Ideal candidates will have experience in hospital epidemiology and treatment of surgical and complex medical patients.
They will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and participate in Antibiotic Stewardship Programs
. Weekend call is expected at a 1:5 frequency.
