Overview
Adhere to Tutoring and Academic Assistance Center (TAAC) protocol and expectations as outlined in onboarding. Greet students, faculty, and staff as they enter the TAAC. Assist students to schedule tutoring appointments. Help students with computer related questions (such as email, Trac Cloud, Brightspace, Word, etc.). Clean and close the Center in the evening. Assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to copying, running errands, and answering telephones.
Assist Learning Support Systems (LSS) staff with projects and tasks as assigned. Help with tabling and other Center outreach events.

Required Qualifications:
- Current MCC student
- Technology savvy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized, punctual, and versed in time management skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to maintain a positive attitude
- Customer-service focused
- Reliable
- Applicants interested in Federal Work Study must confirm eligibility with a Financial Aid representative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Hours per week: Up to 20 hours/week
