KIPP Capital Region Public Schools is seeking a Lead Teacher for grades 9-12 in Albany, NY. You will lead curriculum development for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and AP Biology, shaping school culture and student outcomes.
Responsibilities include standards-aligned instruction, data-informed planning, and collaboration with staff and families to support student growth and equity. A Bachelor’s degree and NYS teaching license are required; urban charter experience is preferred.
