- Support Change Management Specialist in delivering training programs.
- Track training completion and effectiveness metrics.
- Facilitate train the trainer programs for OASAS staff.
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design or training coordination.
- Experience developing Salesforce or enterprise IT training content.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and eLearning tools.
