Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of mechanical and electrical experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
  • Heavy mechanical experience or experience building/rebuilding engines and/or compressors.
  • Knowledge of biogas systems and related equipment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules.
What You’ll Do

The Field Service Technician holds complete accountability for the safe and successful completion and of corrective and routine maintenance of installation projects. This role involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance on biogas installations and diagnosing, analyzing, and rectifying product failures, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for our clients. It requires a combination of mechanical and electrical expertise, a highly flexible approach, and a willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections on biogas equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Perform repairs and component replacements as necessary.

    Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance visits and minimize downtime.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records of service activities.
  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving technical challenges related to bioenergy system operation and maintenance.
