YOUR IMPACTCHA is an innovative, full-service engineering, design, consulting, and program/construction management firm providing a wide range of technology-enhanced design and planning services to public, private, and institutional clients across seven major markets:
Commercial, Education, Government, Industry, Transportation, Utility, and Water Resources.
Our Mechanical Engineers help make things happen. They collaborate on design development, implementation, technical analysis of systems, deploying new products, or updating current schemes to meet client needs. Working with Professional Engineers, CHA’s Mechanical Engineers contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, seeking cost-effective solutions that satisfy client, contract, and company requirements. They are proactive and results-oriented.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Engineer In Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
- No prior engineering experience required; internship or cooperative learning experience in civil/site design, transportation, construction, surveying, material testing, or related civil engineering fields is a plus.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
$65,000 - $80,000
Salary depends on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and industry standards.
