This company provides energy services to clients throughout the Northeast region, although they are located in Albany NY, area.

Our Client provides a broad spectrum of energy services to the commercial, industrial, institutional, and multifamily marketplace. Our services include building energy audits and retrofit analysis, building diagnostic instrumentation and analysis, design of energy efficient technologies, market analysis of emerging technologies, LEED® and sustainable/green building services, energy rate studies and energy conservation program management. Our experience includes all types of buildings and building complexes, from multifamily properties to large industrial plants and campus facilities.

• You will conduct audits, identify and quantify energy conservation opportunities associated with HVAC, lighting, power generation, building controls, Building envelope, heating and cooling systems for from multifamily properties to large industrial plants and campus facilities.
• You will perform energy savings calculations such as load calculations, cooling/heating calculations and bin analysis methods
• Develop cost estimates and develop energy conservation measures
• Write detailed energy savings measures to be included in proposals
• You will also be involved in audits, walk-through and analysis

• BSME, CEM a plus
• Ability to travel throughout NY area.
• 4-10+ years of experience with Energy audits and calculations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self Starter and ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
• Desire to grow professionally.
