Job DescriptionThis role is a Construction Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing the delivery of K‑12 and Higher Education Facilities projects, including new construction, reconstruction, renovation, MEP upgrades, and site work. The position requires onsite presence (not remote) and will manage projects through pre‑construction, procurement, construction, and closeout phases. It involves working both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with clients, design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide oversight and direction to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Serve as liaison for design and construction teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Assist in sequencing and coordinating project activities.
- Utilize project management platforms and software to ensure efficient client review and approval paths, review plans and documents, and recommend best practices.
- Engage with consultants, engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and representatives of civic, community and governmental organizations.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management plus 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Professional Engineer License required.
- Experience with Design‑Build project delivery method (as part of DB team or Owner’s Representative).
- Experience in K‑12 and Higher Education Facilities.
- 10 years’ experience managing construction, reconstruction, and renovation across building types and associated sitework and MEP upgrades.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project tracking systems such as Procore or Primavera P6.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Landscape Architect in New Jersey preferred.
- Projected start date March 2, 2026 (contingent on award and client).

Offered compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 per year, based on education, qualifications, experience and work location.
