YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Design lighting, power distribution, and communication systems, including fire alarm systems.
- Prepare technical design documents.
- Use AutoCAD and/or Revit/BIM to model construction drawings for building systems from schematic design to construction administration phases.
- Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with the contract documents.
- Job site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
- 4+ years’ experience designing Electrical Building Systems.
- EIT required, PE preferred.
- Experience with engineering design programs (i.e., Revit, AutoCAD).
