GPI is seeking a Mid-level Mechanical Engineer in our Albany, NY office. • Design mechanical systems for facilities, including boiler & chiller plants, air handling equipment, and ductwork and piping systems.
• Perform system design calculations.
• Drafting using AutoCAD or Revit software.
• Review drawings and documents to ensure design and production standards.
• Communicate with other disciplines to ensure project documents are properly coordinated.

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 8 years of experience designing mechanical systems for Commercial, Healthcare, and/or Institutional building projects.
• Experience in AutoCAD; REVIT is a plus.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• EIT required; PE is preferred.
• LEED is not required, but it is a plus.
