Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large and complex mechanical projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage the scope of work and ensure project delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage resources, overseeing internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
- Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
- Drive project strategy, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, and contract management.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve high-level project challenges and client concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Project management, construction, and mechanical systems expertise.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as MS Project, Procore, and Primavera.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing complex mechanical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, organizational, and communication skills.
This is a Permanent position based out of Albany, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
