Join a team that ensures the financial health of research projects across the University  an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll play a critical role in managing post-award financial activities for grants and contracts. This position is ideal for professionals with strong billing, collections, and account reconciliation experience who enjoy working with numbers and building relationships.

• Prepare and submit accurate billings and financial status reports in sponsor-specific formats.
• Review grant/contract documentation to ensure proper categorization of expenditures and cost‑sharing.
• Monitor incoming payments, process electronic deposits, and apply receipts in Oracle.
• Perform collection activities, including contacting sponsoring agencies to resolve payment issues.
• Manage award closeouts, cash transfers, and sponsor refunds.
• Stay current with sponsor, federal, and state regulations.
• Build positive relationships with university departments and funding agencies to resolve billing and reporting issues.
• Run monitoring reports and assist with reconciliations and audit documentation as needed.

• High school diploma and 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial operations; OR
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets) and other Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to financial systems (Oracle experience a plus).

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 (DOE)
