Join EY’s Insurance Tax practice to lead captive insurance tax engagements, feasibility studies, and utilization projects for institutional clients. This is a full‑time role available globally with a focus on compliant, high‑quality client service.

• Prepare and deliver captive insurance feasibility studies and utilization projects.
• Develop captive insurance tax consulting memos, opinions, and related documentation.
• Manage client relationships, including engagement staffing, economics, and post‑engagement follow‑up.
• Analyze and present engagement results to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• CPA or licensed Attorney preferred.
• 5‑10 years of experience in accounting or taxation for insurance companies.
• Knowledge of captive insurance structures and tax reporting requirements.

• Understanding of GAAP and statutory accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of ASC 740 / SSAP 101.
• Experience preparing federal and state tax returns.
• Experience with state and local taxes (income, apportionment).
• Self‑motivation, critical thinking, and strong communication.
• Leadership potential and ability to build professional network.
