Location: City of Albany
Note:
This is not a remote position. It is a full time, in office position in Albany, New York.
For the Tax Compliance Agent Trainee, candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
- Two years of full-time experience in which 50% or more of your time was spent dealing with the general public; or
- Two years of full-time experience in a position where your primary responsibility is the collection of debts, which MUST include contacting debtors in person or by telephone for the purpose of arranging payment; or
- 30 semester credit hours of college-level study AND one year of full-time experience in which 50% or more of your time was spent dealing with the general public; or
- 60 semester credit hours of college-level study.
