The Senior Budgeting Analyst/Budgeting Analyst Trainee position supports the Finance Unit within the Office of Disaster Recovery at the New York Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services. The incumbent prepares and monitors spending plans, develops FEMA Public Assistance Projects, analyzes budgeting data, and coordinates with state agencies to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
