Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr.

• Collaborate with the Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities that meet individual needs and interests within the community.
• Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs under the direction of the Director of Activities.
• Show self-motivation, independence, and decision-making ability while demonstrating professionalism, compassion, integrity, and honesty.
• Work under pressure, resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.
• Foster teamwork with co- workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, and positively impact co-workers, residents, and visitors.

• Must hold a valid NYS driver's license.
• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Senior Assisted Living (preferred).
