- Collaborate with the Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities that meet individual needs and interests within the community.
- Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs under the direction of the Director of Activities.
- Show self-motivation, independence, and decision-making ability while demonstrating professionalism, compassion, integrity, and honesty.
- Work under pressure, resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.
- Foster teamwork with co- workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, and positively impact co-workers, residents, and visitors.
- Must hold a valid NYS driver's license.
- High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Senior Assisted Living (preferred).
