About the role:
At Kaba Fusion, our Area Nursing Administrators have oversight management of 6 NY State LCHSAs that are focused on providing Specialty Infusion Nursing services to our Kaba Fusion Pharmacy patients. The Director of Nursing for each location reports to the ANA. The ANA reports to the Vice President of Nursing. Duties include oversight of hiring, supervision, education, budget oversight, ensuring compliance with accreditation agencies, Kaba Fusion policies/procedures and safe delivery of home infusion nursing services.
Responsibilities- Assess staffing needs; hire, train and monitor competencies, and educate management team on policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance of agency operations with state and local rules and regulations as well as accreditation standards.
- Implement and evaluate budget plan and cost control policies.
- Measure nursing metrics and provide reporting to Nursing Leadership.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- 5+ years of multi-site LHCSA management experience.
- Previous home health and/or home infusion experience for a New York State LCHSA that provides home infusion/specialty medication infusions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
