Travel RN – Critical Care Float Pool (Nights) – Albany, NY

Assignment Start: 01/04/26
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend; rotating holidays
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Other Requirements: Epic experience required, ACLS & BLS Certification

Unit Overview:
This float pool role requires RNs who are comfortable and competent in caring for ICU patients across multiple specialized units. Ideal candidates have Level I trauma center experience and thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Patient Care Environments Include:

• Neuro/Trauma SICU

• MICU

• CPS/VICU

• CCU

• Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU)

• ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement

Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Provide care for critically ill patients in a variety of ICU settings

• Adaptable to floating between multiple units

• Competent in advanced hemodynamics, ventilator management, and critical care interventions

• Epic proficiency for charting and patient documentation

Preferred Background:

• Level I trauma center experience

• Prior experience floating across ICU units
