• Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Start Date: December 22, 2025
• End Date: February 19, 2026
• Duration: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour day shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required
• EMR System: Epic (Epic EMR experience required)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or willingness to obtain (New York nursing jobs)
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or ICU nursing experience with adult patients
• Current ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Proficiency in advanced hemodynamics, pressor titration, and respiratory support (HFNC, BiPap/CPAP)
• Ability to pass a clinical competency test within 24 hours of submission
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, head injuries, multi-system organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex trauma, and surgical complications
• Manage advanced therapies including antihypertensive drips, sedative and narcan drips, thrombo-embolytics, arterial lines, CVP, EVD, and orthopedic traction
• Monitor and titrate medications according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and hospital policies
• Care for an average caseload of 3 high-acuity patients per shift
