Customer Project Manager - Field Based in CT, Western MA and Hudson Valley NY

Role description:
Manage capital medical equipment installations and IT solution implementations across the healthcare continuum for Philips Healthcare Services and Solutions Delivery (S&SD).

• Manage multiple implementations varying in scope, size and complexity, including IT solutions, capital equipment installations and systems integration, ensuring a stellar customer experience guided by the statement of work.
• Coordinate, lead and motivate a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external Sales, Clinical and Technical resources in coordination with the hospital project manager or point of contact.
• Ensure site readiness and adherence to project timelines. Advise on project plans and provide daily updates on project status and activities.
• This is a field-based position with travel up to 75% of the time within the District, covering CT, Western MA and Hudson Valley NY.
• The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all employees hired or rehired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). Certification obtainment is required within a defined time period of the employee’s start date in the CPM/CDM role, as documented in the employment offer.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a healthcare environment (e.g., Healthcare Information Technology, Patient Monitoring, Telemetry, Nursing Informatics).
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or equivalent.
• You have robust leadership skills with the ability to influence across all project resources and stakeholders, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to the CT, Western MA or Hudson Valley NY area and travel up to 75% in the market.

We believe we are better together than apart. For office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a Field role in the CT, Western MA and Hudson Valley NY market.

The pay range for this position in MA, CT or NY is $99,000 to $157,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
